We want you to love your AEMI Studio pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@aemistudio.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover the full cost of return shipping.
- Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
- There are no restocking or administration fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want. Email us and we'll guide you through it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@aemistudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they enter processing. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
